Winterization/
De-winterization

We winterize by draining water lines and blowing out the system, adding antifreeze, to protect plumbing components from freezing temperatures. Warranties and Insurance
Aztek Services LLC repairs can be covered by insurance, warranties, or service contracts, depending on the cause of the damage and the type of coverage you have.
Insurance typically covers repairs when damage is caused by unexpected events such as accidents, storms, fire, theft, or vandalism. For example, if a tree falls on your RV during a storm or you’re involved in a collision, your RV insurance policy may pay for mobile repair services after you meet your deductible. However, insurance usually does not cover normal wear and tear or mechanical breakdowns.
Manufacturer warranties cover defects in materials or workmanship for a specific period after purchase. If a component fails due to a manufacturing defect, the warranty may pay for parts and labor, and in some cases, approved mobile repair service. Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, neglect, or routine maintenance issues.
Extended warranties or RV service contracts can provide additional coverage for mechanical and electrical breakdowns after the original warranty expires. These plans often cover specific components listed in the contract and may require pre-authorization before mobile repairs are performed.
In short, insurance covers accidental damage, while warranties and service contracts cover defects or breakdowns—each with its own terms, limits, and exclusions.
